The Windows Installer is another essential modern Windows component required to install modern programs. BWC continues to break the barrier thanks to his effort of backporting the installer.

Requirements:
Windows 2000 w/ BWC's Extended Kernel

Instructions:
1) Unzip files

2) Drag Windows Installer 3.1 file onto wluupdate.vbe
