The Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2019 for Windows 2000 is an unofficial backport by blackwingcat. Without the runetime component, many Windows XP+ programs cannot run on Windows 2000 with blackwingcat's extended kernel because it's a massive dependency for most modern programs. Instructions:
1) Unzip files
2) Drag the Windows 2000 Visual C++ file on top of wluupdate.vbe
3) Proceed with installation
