Foxit Reader NT 4.0

Foxit Reader 3.0 has been unofficially backported to the Windows NT 4.0 platform. MSFN user NoNameNeeded successfully backported a newer PDF viewer to allow older versions of Windows to view documents without effecting quality. Enjoy and read away. Foxit Reader 3.0 is a nice and light version of Foxit Reader for legacy Windows. ;)
