VLC Player 1.1.11

VLC Media Player 1.1.11 is a fantastic player for 98/ME and the last version for 2000 systems. Most alternative media players for Vanilla Windows 9x tend to hold very poor MP4 support and may not properly render MP4 videos. Just like Haihaili Software's Universal Player, VLC has built-in codec support and was way ahead of its time during release.

Requirements:

Instructions (KernelEx Users):
1) Set compatibility to "Windows 2000" or "Windows XP SP2".
2) Launch vlc-1.1.11-win32.exe.
3) Open the application and install it.
4) Once the program is done installing, right-click the VLC desktop icon and set compatibility mode again!
