Requirements:

Instructions (KernelEx Users):
1) Set compatibility to "Windows 2000" or "Windows XP SP2".
2) Launch vlc-1.1.11-win32.exe.
3) Open the application and install it.
4) Once the program is done installing, right-click the VLC desktop icon and set compatibility mode again!
