For years the Broadcom 43xx/Bcm94309mp/Broadcom Wireless Mini-PCI card has proved problematic for enthusiasts wanting to install Windows 98SE/ME on laptops from the 2004 era. Thanks to PROBLEMCHYLD, the problem is over! Laptops with the Broadcom Wireless Card are no longer forced to install Windows 2000 or later to browse the internet, wirelessly! With a WPA2-compatible Wireless Client, the impossible is now possible on 9x!

Instructions:
1) Unzip the files into a folder
2) Click the start button of Windows 98/ME
3) Go to Control Panel
4) Click on System
5) Enter Device Manager
6) Go to unknown devices
7) Select the proper unknown device
8) Have windows update the driver
9) Direct manual search to extracted files!
10) Enjoy!

Warning:
-This wireless card has been reported to cause boot failures and system instability on Windows 9x!
-The problem is caused by the card taking up the first 16 mb of ram during boot. Currently, the only known solution to this instability requires rloew's ram patch. To do this, run the command line option with "/M".
-Another potential fix requires managing system resources. The card may conflict with another device, so simply changing the resource to an unused area will solve the issue.
