KernelEx Extensions Plus

**Links are currently broken. Files are unavailable until further notice.**

The KernelEx Updates by Jumper extend Windows 98/ME's compatibility with modern applications, but fall short alone. To accommodate for the shortcomings, add the following files to your PC. With these additional dll's, Windows 98SE/ME can launch VLC 3.0. This pack includes blackwingcat's kernel32 for Windows 2000 extended kernel (I recall a 2019 build).

The following is a WIP of essential .dll's to run a modern applications with KernelEx. Use at your own risk!

1) Download the pack here (mirror).
2) Place all dll's in the KernelEx DLLs folder to C:\Windows\System32
3) Install msxml.msi
4) Continue instructions located in "For KernelEX folder"
5) In the "For KernelEX folder," grab the .dll files only and copy to C:\Windows\KernelEx
6) Apply registry patch included in the folder!
7) Restart system and everything should work.

Notes:
**There appears to be a bug, so one dll file (not quite essential) does not register in the KernelEx registry.
