KernelEx does it yet again to modernize the Windows 98SE/ME platform. Thanks to jumper's extension of the Windows 9x kernel API, more somewhat modern web browsing options are available for Windows 98SE/ME. Firefox 31.8 ESR may not be the newest or the flashiest, but will get basic browsing tasks done! A big thank you to schwups for this innovation!!
