Like the unofficial C++ 2008 runtime, I feel the .NET Framework is a pretty underrated update for the Windows 9x platform. Plenty of programs out there require the Framework to launch, so it's a bad idea to completely forget about this little guy. It's odd service packs do not appear to contain
