The VBEMP 9x Universal VESA/VBE Video Display Driver for Windows 95/98/ME provides convenient support on modern hardware! This is probably the best universal display driver for Windows 9x because of lack of alternatives. Now, no Windows 9x dual-boot will be forced to be stuck on 16 colors and a limited resolution! However, the only drawback is driver lacks OpenGL and D3D support. So no hardware acceleration! But there should be no problems running DOSBox!

Firefox 3.6.28 for Windows NT 4.0
Thank you to roytam1! Firefox has come onto the Windows NT 4.0 platform! NT 4.0's browsing options are very limited, so Firefox 3.6 is likely the best choice! Even in 2018 websites render fantastically under this browser from 2010! Not bad at all for eight years! However, roytam1 has mentioned the browser may need a bit of work in "graphics", so use at your own risk! This browser is experimental!

Dell Latitude D600 98SE/ME Drivers
Back in 2015, I fell in love with Windows 9x because no other operating system could operate at decent speeds on my Dell Latitude D600. Countless hours were spent hunting down 9x-compatible drivers for the system. Of course, I got help from a lot of devoted individuals! It took me nearly two years to completely figure out how to properly install and configure Windows ME on the more or less modern D600. Now it's time everybody can enjoy Windows 9x on their elder computer ;)
DOSBox for Windows NT 3.51, NT 4 and 95
Now DOSBox can be enjoyed on Windows OSes never thought possible! You may think "why the heck would anybody use DOSBox on 9x!?". The simple answer is compatibility! Newer hardware breaks DOS compatibility! Newer graphics cards can cause problems and even Pentium 4 processors can run DOS games absurdly quick! Now DOS can be enjoyed anywhere!

Compatibility is better than ever thanks to jumper and now K-Meleon 74 (Goanna 2.2) runs wonderfully on Windows 9x! Windows 9x East Asian Language Packs
Microsoft decided to take down the language packs for Windows 9x and left users no other option to install Asian languages onto 9x! But now, the wait is over. I took it upon myself to search for these language packs, saving hours and hours of time! No more unsupported language boxes displayed on websites and the user may now type in any language provided in this pack other than English! It's great to have more language support any day!

K-Meleon 74 Windows 9x Edition!
Thank you roytam1! A modern web browser for Windows 98/98SE/ME! K-Meleon 74 contains a modern Goanna 2.2 engine to render web pages, much more modern than Opera 10.63! K-Meleon is a giant step forward of six years! K-Meleon has its own User-Agent-changer to disguise itself as other web browsers, no more artificial blocks with this gem! Firefox extensions too can be manually installed onto K-Meleon.
Beware, this browser is not exactly the most stable but renders pages far better than any other alternative 9x-compatible browser. Installing a task manager will be needed to close the browser in case of freezes! Disabling javascript will help prevent many of these issues.
