Windows 9x has lacked security updates for years which further continued its ability to browse the web. Pages would be blocked from unsupported protocols unavailable on the system. Well, now that changes! Windows 9x can once again browse websites requiring SSL Protocols! No longer does the average user need to find a workaround to view pages! Instructions:
1. Download
2. Run file
3. Answer whether your CPU has SSE2 or not (hint: anything newer than a Pentium 3 CPU has SSE2)
4. Log off then log back in after installation
5. Enjoy!
