Windows 9x 2TB Hard Drive Patch

2TB Windows 9x (95/98/ME) Hard Drive patch

Also known as Enable48BitLBA. No more 137gb hard drive limit! This custom patch/driver allows any Windows 9x system to use hard drives up to 2048GB/2TB! Now any user can store all the media they want without having to own multiple hard drives to contain the data! However, beware Windows 9x does not have native support for NTFS and is limited to FAT32 drives! Thank you, LLXX!

Features:
**Hard drives sizes over 137gb
**48-bit LBA support for IDE hard drives
**Increased performance
**Compatible with Windows 95/98/ME

Requirements:
Windows 95 OSR2+, Windows 98, or Windows ME

Instructions:
1. Enter Real Mode DOS
2. Go to the "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IOSUBSYS" dictionary
3. Replace existing ESDI_506.PDR with the one supplied
**You may not need DOS and can simply replace the existing one in Windows!

Notes:
**This patch only allows hard drives over 137gb to be used in Windows 9x. SATA/ACHI drives are NOT supported! SATA/ACHI requires a separate driver.

Warning:
May cause data corruption on some hard drives with 48-bit LBA. Be sure to backup all data!
