Creation of a virtual machine is a very easy processes of creating a new virtual disk and inserting (or mounting) an installation disc.

Notes:
**VirtualPC 2007 does not have support for accelerated video.
Warnings:
**Do not install Microsoft Virtual PC with Virtual PC2007. Virtual PC will not allow the 2007 version to launch!
**To get Windows 95 working on this version, install Windows 95 normally, then extract the 2004 ISO and obtain additions from there, then install on 2007.
**VirtualPC 2007 SP1 does NOT WORK on Windows 8/8.1/10 due to driver incompatibility! A tutorial to bypassing the issue is available here.
